- - The line for painting of flat tiles is connected by a bypass to the production line.
- - The line has 2 spraying devices, 2 positions of infrared lamps and 1 position of UV lamps
a. the first position of infrared lamps is used for preheating the goods
b. the first coat of paint is applied at the 1st spraying station
c. the second coat of paint is applied at the 2nd spray station
d. the second position of the infrared lamps is used for the so-called firing
e. the last position is for UV curing of the varnish
- - Spraying devices are from the manufacturer BM Anlagenbau und Dosiertechnik
