Function
Idea 12/25 assembles cages up to 12 mt in length by means of the patented Schnell System.
This system allows assembling stirrups of any shape and size to form a lattice girder which is held together by three thin longitudinal wires.
Welding capacity for R=700 N1mm2 rebars
Minimum stirrup diameter: 6 mm
Maximum stirrup diameter: 16 mm
Configuration
- 1 fixed welding unit to support the welding clamps;
- 1 central framework to support the lattice girder;
- 1 mobile traction unit;
- 1 cooling system;
- 1 stirrup support;
- industrial computer mod. Idea-Control;
- serial interface.
